This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of the Turiya Forms website or mobile application (the "Service") provided by Turiyatree Technologies Private Limited ("us," "we," or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before using our Service.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
a. Basic Plan, Pro Plan, and Enterprise Plan subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.
b. To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings or contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
c. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
a. We offer refunds for the subscription fee paid if:
- You cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
b. Refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team at email@example.com.
c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
d. It may take 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
a. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid after the initial 14 days of the purchase date.
b. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. Changes to Plans
a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any part of it at any time without notice.
b. If we make significant changes to your subscription plan, including price increases, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription without penalty.
